Choose Self-Load if you already have a finished wedding video you love. Choose Edited Edition if you want us to turn raw clips, photos, and phone footage into a complete film for you.
Do I need to edit the video myself first?
It depends on the edition you choose. The Self-Load Edition needs you to provide an already-edited final video and we load it and ship it. The Edited Edition is handled by our team, from music to color grading to the final cut.
How long until I receive my Memorytale?
Once we can prepare your keepsake, we ship within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after it ships. Self-Load starts the prep clock when we receive your finished video. Edited Edition adds about 7 business days of editing after we receive your footage, then the same prep and delivery window.
What if I'm not happy with it?
You're covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery. Return it in sellable condition and we'll refund your purchase. Damaged or defective on arrival? We'll replace or refund, your choice.
Are there format or size limits on uploads?
We support common image and video formats, up to 2GB per file, and there is no limit on how many files you upload.
Is my footage safe once I upload it?
Yes. Your files upload directly into private, secured storage. Only you through your private order link and our production team can access them.
Can I request changes after the edit is done?
To keep delivery predictable, the Edited Edition is a done-for-you service with one professionally produced final cut rather than an open-ended revision cycle. If the keepsake itself is not right for you, the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies.
